In this workshop, you will explore the art, science, and practice of leadership. We will define leadership, contrast the difference between leadership and management, and explore the impact of personality and style on leadership. You will learn the components of leadership potential, methods of developing potential, and developmental planning. We will focus on the use of assessments, such as the Myers Briggs Type Indicator, to determine likely areas of leadership strengths and challenges. Class size is limited to 25.
